Seeking an Executive Director for a 200+ unit CCRC in the San Diego area. Ideal candidate will provide proactive leadership, overall direction, administration, and management of all aspects of the facility to include effective employee management and solid financial performance. Minimum of 5 years general management experience working in a large campus CCRC or SNF environment is required. Must have strong financial acumen, hands-on marketing experience, and be knowledgeable around Medicare and MediCal programs.
Must possess a current, unencumbered California Nursing Home Administrator’s license or meet the licensure requirements of the State.

This position applies management and geriatric nursing skills to coordinate care in an Assisted Living setting! The primary purpose of the Health Services Director is to assist in the planning, organizing, developing and directing of resident services in accordance with regulatory standards and customer expectations. Experience in staff supervision and training is required. Computer skills in Microsoft Office preferred.

Adult Residential Facility operated by Non-Profit Foundation in Orange County seeks administrator to manage daily operations of a 34-bed facility focusing on needs of residents suffering with chronic mental illness.
Position requires proven skills in staff supervision, fiscal management, regulatory compliance and communication with residents and family members. Position requires the ability to coordinate care plans with Facility Medical Director and to work with the Foundation's Board of Directors.
