Daniel T. Berkley, Gordon & Rees
Daniel Berkley has specialized in labor and employment law and personnel management for over 30 years. Mr. Berkley represents diverse clients in a variety of strategic industries, including health care, hospitality, restaurants, food sales and distribution, and wine and spirits.
Daniel Berkley will be presenting a seminar discussing wage and hour issues in the residential care industry.

Bill Martin
Bill Martin graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.S. in Engineering. After four years as a research scientist with the Navy, he returned to graduate school and received the M.Div. degree from Western Theological Seminary. He spent twelve years as a pastoral counselor and taught counseling at a Rio Salado Community College in Phoenix, Arizona.
Bill Martin has written popular books that express the message of the Tao, such as The Tao of Forgiveness, and The Caregiver's Tao Te Ching (written with his spouse, Nancy).
