Troubleshooting tips

We have received calls from people who experienced problems with our online classes. Most the problems are caused by audio and video not loading properly. Since the Forward and Back buttons are more often than not linked to the audio & video (i.e. they won't show up until audio/video is finished playing), the user is then unable to move on to the next page.

Other than making sure you have the latest version of the Flash plugin and/or Internet Explorer installed (see login page), another suggestion is to go back to the Welcome page of the class by clicking on the Home button:

On the Welcome page, click on the "Go To Last Viewed Page" button:

Often times, the page will reload correctly. Another suggestion is to exit the class completely (click the blue "X" button in the lower-left corner of the class screen), re-enter, and go to the last viewed page.
