  • Online modules provide 24 hours; the Yes—courses are state‑approved and list credit hours on the class page.

  • Conferences are separately ticketed. Members receive special pricing (by tier) and occasional exclusives.

  • Live stream certfiicates are issued a day after the class by email. Online certificates will be issued after you take a class in their online account.

  • You can upgrade at renewal. Contact us if you need help before then.
