Our Online Staff Training Subscription gives you everything you need to stay compliant, confident, and in control. With easy user management and powerful reporting tools on our learning management system, you’ll always know where your team stands.

All subscriptions require a 6–12 month commitment (depending on team size). Your credit card will be billed monthly and continues beyond the initial 6-month period. You can cancel anytime after the minimum requirement is fulfilled.

Compliance at a Glance (RFCE)

  • Initial Staff Training: 40 hours within first four weeks (includes 16 hours hands‑on provided by your facility). Our online catalog provides 24 hours toward the 40; the remaining hours are completed on‑site through shadowing/supervised practice.

  • Annual Training: 20 hours (including 8 hours dementia and 4 hours on postural supports, restricted health conditions & hospice).

  • Medication Staff: Annual 5 hours medication‑related training (plus 3 in‑person hours), in addition to the 20 hours for direct‑care staff.
