Who this is for

Starting or running an assisted living facility in California means navigating complex regulations and a state exam—on top of caring for residents and staff. Without the right training, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, make costly mistakes, or delay opening your doors.

Who this is for:

  • Aspiring RCFE Administrators

  • Operators starting a new facility

  • Team members moving into leadership/operations roles

  • Nursing Home Administrators (NHA) taking the required 12‑hour RCFE bridge (4 hrs Laws & Regs, 4 hrs Medication, 4 hrs Admissions/Retention)
