Our Team

Tom Cullen

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Tom Cullen is the founder and CEO of Community Care Options and has spent decades supporting California’s residential care community. Through education, licensing support, compliance resources, and industry expertise, Tom has helped thousands of care providers navigate the complexities of opening and operating successful facilities.

Outside of CCO: Proud dad of two and grandpa of two, cruise enthusiast, former snow skier (back when his body cooperated), and a man who apparently still hasn’t figured out that work isn’t technically a hobby.

Greg Asher

Chief Operating Officer

Greg manages daily operations and administrator certification for Community Care Options. He brings more than 20 years of senior care experience, including roles as Maintenance Director, Sales and Marketing Director, and Executive Director for several RCFE organizations. He has also managed a home care agency in Northern California.

Outside of CCO, Greg is a grateful husband of more than 30 years, father of three young men, vinyl record collector, and cinnamon roll explorer. When he’s live-streaming you might see his dog, Luna, lounging in the background.

Adam Cullen

Chief Technology Officer

Adam has been part of Community Care Options for most of his life. As the son of founder Tom Cullen, he started working in the family business as a teenager and today serves as CCO’s Chief Technology Officer. Adam is the guy behind the scenes solving our tech mysteries, connecting systems, and keeping everything running smoothly so the team can stay productive.

Outside of CCO: Adam is an anime and Comic-Con fan, enjoys photography, and loves spending time with his wife and son.

Liam Asher

E-Commerce Manager

Liam’s history with Community Care Options started long before he had an official job title - as the grandson of CCO co-founder Eileen Stensrud, he spent plenty of time wandering the CCO offices as a toddler. Today, he’s carrying on the family legacy as CCO’s E-Commerce Manager, helping keep the online side of the business running smoothly and making it easier for providers to access the resources they need.

Outside of CCO: Liam loves golfing, football, and seafood - preferably the kind that comes after a successful day of fishing.

Julia Colombini

Program Coordinator

Julia is the organizational force behind Community Care Options’ CEU events and certification programs, helping make sure everything comes together from planning through event day. A college graduate with a knack for keeping all the moving pieces on track, she helps create smooth, welcoming educational experiences for California’s care provider community.

Outside of CCO: Julia loves horseback riding, traveling, and getting lost in a good book - ideally with her next trip already on the calendar.

Robin Foster

Digital Content Manager/Producer

Robin brings a passion for storytelling, connection, and aesthetics to her work at CCO, where she leads the organization’s social media platforms, email campaigns, YouTube content, and online presence. She has over eight years of experience in copy editing, writing, social media management, and digital content management, and she also holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of San Francisco. Drawing on her background in media arts and professional writing, Robin finds creative ways to help CCO connect with care providers and share meaningful and up-to-date information with them.

Outside of CCO: Writer, matcha/coffee/croissant enthusiast, music lover, and San Francisco dweller.

Rachel O’Rourke

Chief Marketing Officer

Rachel leads marketing and growth strategy for Community Care Options, helping connect California care providers with the resources, education, and support they need to build and grow successful businesses. With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, brand development, and business growth, she brings a strategic, entrepreneurial approach to expanding CCO’s reach and creating a better customer experience.

Outside of CCO: Mom of four, adventure seeker, game show buff, and lover of live music.

Luna

Chief Office Mascot

Luna takes her role at Community Care Options very seriously - primarily by keeping morale high and making regular appearances in the background of CCO livestream classes. She specializes in supervising the team, reminding everyone when it’s time for a break, and providing unconditional support in exchange for appropriate compensation (preferably treats).

Outside of CCO: Luna loves playing fetch, watching geese, getting butt scratches, and lounging around - although, to be fair, that last one happens inside CCO too.
