Compliance Requirements (CCR, Title 22):
All California Residential Licensees must maintain a written Infection Control Plan pursuant to:

• Section 81095.5 – SRFs

• Section 85095.5 – ARFs, CCHs, and EBSHs

• Section 87470 – RCFEs

• Section 87895.5 – RCFCIs

The plan must be in writing and made available upon request to:

• Residents/clients onsite

• Any responsible party for a resident/client

• The local Long-Term Care Ombudsman

• The California Department of Social Services (CDSS)
