Purchase the Initial Staff Training Bundle for $99. Each purchase provides training access for one employee.
2. Get Access to Your Courses
We'll email you instructions to access your online training courses through our learning platform.
3. Complete Your Training
Work through the courses at your own pace, from anywhere, with 90 days of access to complete your training.
4. Download Your Certificates
Once you've successfully completed your courses, download your completion certificates and share them with your facility administrator for their records.

Understanding California's Initial Training Requirements
California requires RCFE direct-care staff to complete 40 hours of initial training, including online/classroom instruction and hands-on training.
This bundle provides online coursework to support those requirements. Facilities are responsible for completing and documenting the required hands-on training separately, along with any additional applicable training requirements.

Employees have 90 days from enrollment to complete their online coursework.
Employees are responsible for downloading their completion certificates and providing them to their facility administrator.
This bundle does not include administrator access, employee progress monitoring, or facility-level reporting.
