Subscription Details

  • Plans are available in increments of 5 employees.

  • For 60+ employees, email cco@communitycareoptions.com for a custom quote.

  • Monthly billing with a 6- or 12-month minimum commitment, depending on plan size.

  • Subscriptions continue monthly after the initial commitment and may be canceled once the minimum term has been fulfilled.

Disclaimer

Per CDSS regulations, a portion of all Initial Staff Training must be completed in person by the licensee or their designated representative. Specifically, 16 hours must be hands-on. Our Initial Staff Training program provides 24 hours of the required coursework; the remaining hours must be fulfilled through shadowing and supervised on-site training.
